the standard quadruple room was new-fashioned and had central heating, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and tea/coffee making equipment.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

appreciated our stay there and would happily return. the location was marvellous, gorgeous place to stay for our needs. the breakfast had variety of food, including delicious bacon and meats. the room we booked was airy and silent, with english channels and enormous windows on the outside walls. it was about 20 km from the airport.

We loved the comfy beds and the clean rooms, but the breakfast selection was a bit limited and could use some more variety. Chur for the waffle machine!

Amazing water pressure in the shower, but no soap in the bathroom.

The mountain view from my room was beautiful, room chairs were uncomfortable.

The bedroom felt cramped, with minimal storage space for luggage. Noise from the adjacent highway was a constant distraction, even with the windows shut, and breakfast options lacked variety with underwhelming quality after a few days. Free gym access was a plus, but you'd quickly find the available dining options nearby limited, leaving you scavenging for meals if you didn't plan ahead. The room temperature control was tricky too, the climate would warm up quickly, necessitating some strategic window opening that wasn't always ideal.

I stayed in a Standard Double or Twin Room with Free Gym Access for four nights. The room was clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and had a fantastic shower, while the presence of multiple UK channels on TV added a nice touch. Breakfast offered a variety of options as well.

The vibrant lounge with its colorful glass artwork was like a bright spot in my day, and the layout made it easy for my friends to navigate with their wheelchairs.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

Amazing Views and Great Stay

The breakfast was a good surprise, with a good selection, made each morning enjoyable. The nearby Viking village restaurant was a highlight for us, and the friendly service. The mattress slipped off the frame during the night, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast was a feast of fresh options, including fluffy pancakes and a good array of pastries that fueled our Icelandic adventures! I was blown away by the massive windows in our room, offering amazing views-not just of the landscape, but with a chance to catch the nice Northern Lights! The staff were really nice by preparing breakfast bags for our early departure.
